pow => powerOf => x^y

A simple function I use all the time because I cannot be bothered to remember how to use Math.Pow(). Also, who uses double anyway? Pshh, real men use BigInteger.

using System.Numerics;

public class basic
{
    public static BigInteger pow(long down, long up)
    {
        BigInteger power = 1;
        for (long i = 0; i < up; i++)
          power *= down;
        return power;
    }
}
