kazk fixed issue 274 so now you can create a top level enum in Preloaded.

Forked and solved most listed issues.

Also preloaded an enum with all the weather types. (existing C translation does this as well, so I don't know if proper string comparisons are supposed to be part of this kata or not)

Rejecting due to open issues (see below), but this translation can simply be forked with fixes and improvements.

Please implement the following improvements:

• remove import for ArrayList, List, and Random from solution and Sample tests
• use consistent indentation in solution setup (2 or 4 spaces)
• return a 0 in solution setup to make it compile
• replace @Tag by @DisplayName and use proper English with spaces as labels
• Do not create a new Random instance for every random number. Either store instance in a private field or use java.util.concurrent.ThreadLocalRandom.current()
• make all non-@Test methods private, especially the reference solution.
• random tests have expected and actual swapped
• all random test only differ in the passed arguments to the getRandomWeatherArray method. Extract the single test run into a separate method and call it with the arguments.
• No need for testListCopy. You can just create two arrays from one List and they both will be copies and have no connection to each other. Or since you are creating the assertion message upfront you could just use one array.
