Guys, this is the second Python golfing puzzle I'm trying to solve and I was looking for help here on forums, as for suggested reading on tricks for Python golfing. I would appreciate any help. Thank you!

The number 7 has zero 8, zero 5, and zero 3 digits. Since 0 >= 0 >= 0 , 7 fits the description as written, but examples and tests suggest these types of numbers should not be counted. The requirement for numbers to only have the digits 3, 5, and 8 should probably be descriptive rather than only by example. (Additionally, there is a typo in the first example code box in the description not -> note.)

I'll mark as resolved since looking more closely this is probably more of a strong suggestion than an issue.

Fixed (in Haskell), and enabled Haskell 8 as a bonus. Now it's a little more performance-demanding :P

I also go the execution Timeout from the server, tests are probably still not ideal.
