You have a cell which has a value of 0 or 1. Based on it and your position (i.e. if you're inside the loop or not), you choose the according action:

Cell = 1, outside the loop -> enter the loop
Cell = 1, inside the loop -> go to its beginning
Cell = 0, outside the loop -> skip it totally
Cell = 0, inside the loop -> exit it
