python new test framework + random tests are required. updated in this fork

Needs random tests. And don't use
Test.expect.fixed
intial test case works but submit sample test case doesnt match proper type argument ...showing error Traceback: in in swap TypeError: format expects arg 2 to be string or unicode, not int
