Actual and expected values are swapped in the random tests in Javascript.
The JS version is deleted by someone for unknown reason some time ago, so closing
This should be in a language-specific block, or ideally removed from the description altogether.
The tests are incorrect - 66395124 / 4, not 2, 45739356 / 4, not 2, 26726020 / 4, not 2 and 25214036 / 4, not 2.

It's not clear what should be returned for zero. Some static tests would be nice too, like zero and some power of two.
