i recommend adding the performance tag in the description
How do you explain this:
longest_substring("70") ➞ "7"
I think the author mess it up in the description only. In the tests, it's actually "20".
I fixed the description. BTW, kata is approvable at 6, 5 or 4 kyu, though for me it's clearly not harder than 7 kyu... I can't remember where we can see all the ranking votes.

Also, you forgot to change the input string as well (it's still "70" in the desc).
