You missed that part of the specifications (although rounding is usually a bad idea and approximate equality would have been better)
In python there are 1200 random test. 200 ms per test is too slow.

In my IDE, 3662 returns output "1 hour 1 minute and 2 seconds", but when I run it here, I get

Actual: "61 minutes and 2 seconds"
