    this part has been added or you've missed it --> Time is formatted using the 24-hour clock, so from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59.

    Too late to modify the description and all the 38 translations; furthermore finishing a cabbage doesn't need more than 24 hours :-)

    I agree with @CodeMan99 here that it would be better if either the description explained that numbers can not be greater than 99, and must be zero padded, or one of the examples could "hint" to this fact.

    Although the description is not clear about it I'm pretty sure that the intention is to consider any input invalid that is not composed of exactly eight characters with time parts hour, minute and second of exactly two digits and delimited by one colon. A few minutes ago I have done a Java translation and have added tests which deal with the number of digits. In my opinion 103:45:02 is as invalid as 03:45:2 and 3:45:02.

    Good point! The thought crossed my mind while solving, but this passed the tests, so I kept it as-is.
