This:
if x>y - 3 points
if x<y - 0 point
if x=y - 1 point

should be rewritten as:

if x>y add 3 points
if x<y add 0 point
if x==y add 1 point

For a moment I thought I had to subtract :D

I had no idea on what to do so I decided to draw everything and suddenly it all made sense.
