I love the usage of the lambda. It breaks up the logic a bit and makes it slightly more readable.
The downfall of this solution, though it is clever, is scalability. The rules are obviously hardcoded in, and one of them, the rule for 100, isn't exactly intuitive.

Clever solution, but certainly not best practice.
