    [PYTHON] Maybe my solution is too inefficient, but it passes all the "attempt" tests, however some of the sample tests seem too long and time out.

    Might be worth mentioning that converting to and from raw byte date can be done with "string".encode('latin-1') and "string".decode('latin-1') as UTF-8 will throw errors for some characters.
