Hi! I really enjoyed the problems at my level, but then from one to the other they got a lot harder, like a giant leap. And now they're consistentely too hard for me. Is this a common thing? And how do I adjust it so the level of the problems are within my reach? Thanks!

You get Honor points when you complete the kata for the first time, and when you translate it to another language.

You gain an overall rank progress (your kyu rank) only when you complete the kata for the first time.

You gain a language rank progress (i.e. your kyu rank for Java and kyu rank for C++), when you complete tha kata in this language, or when you translate it to this language.

This would mean that when you complete a kata in Java for the first time, you get Honor, overall rank progress, and Java rank progress. When you solve it in C++ later, you get only C++ rank progress. When you translate it to C# and it gets accepted, you get Honor and C# rank progress.

Do we get kata if we solve one of our previously completed problems in a different language?
For example, if I solve a problem in Java and then translate it to C++ will I earn kata? Or do I just earn kata the first time?
