Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

Is there one that involves fractional ones? I couldn't find a base conversion with fractions/decimals so I just made this.

What are the numbers in base 36?
I guess it should be
<36
rather<=36
It's better to check the length of array before you enter the loop. Imagine a situation there is a really long sequence of chars, and you have to go through it. You will do numerous loops just to eventually check, that it's not equal 10.
