I absolutely don't mind at all... I appreciate the help; that was my first kata so didn't know how to set up random tests etc.

I'll take a look at what you've done and try to incorporate something similar into my next one :)

My God this site is so frustrating!!!

I am also getting the message "should reduce duplicates [] should equal ['A']" and can't figure out what I need to change to get this right. ALl other tests are being passed. This in my view is a real let down of codewars....the error messages are often less than helpful...

When running the test cases I pass them, then when hitting submit I pass 2 out of 3 - but the only information given for the failed test is "9 should equal 14".

I'm struggling as that doesn't really give me any idea what it is that is wrong with my code - I have tested a few cases locally and I get the correct value each time. How can I get more information as to the specific test case I am supposedly failing please?
