      if it still times out now then it's not cuz of floats

      if the reason i can't add float is because someone wants to use fraction, which is inaccurate for this and isnt relevant to the kata, i don't see why they cant not use fraction

      however now that i think about it float or no float doesnt change much, so i'll remove float

      besides if fractions is wrong, that doesnt mean the random tests are wrong
      that means fractions is wrong
      your solution is correct but using import fractions isnt the right solution
