    You use the correct comparison with typeof x === 'number' - nice. The clarity of your code is good, although a little verbose. Instead of a for loop you could use Array.filter (see https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Reference/Global_Objects/Array/filter)
