Very clever

Clean

• ###### Azuaroncommented on "Find the Slope" python solution

Yeah, it's almost like something changed in the last five years, and your criticisms aren't really relevant to a solution that was written back when the kata was different.

n = min(n, 254) => return ["#%02x%02x%02x" % (i,i,i) for i in range(1, min(n, 254)+1)] ... ?

this is exactly like mine <3

• ###### lxg95commented on "Password Check - Binary to String" python solution

First time i see my solution right after finishing the kata :D

First I was like "This is very similiar to mine.. Wait, this is exactly like my solution.. Ah this is me" :D

Nice kata :)

the most beautiful thing? that's sad

• ###### lxg95commented on "Fuel Calculator " python solution

Why the discount calculation so complicated?
Why first changing to float when you change it to an int later anyways?

• ###### lxg95commented on "Find the Slope" python solution

first, you could have named the variables x1, x2, y1, y2 to make it more readable and second your solution doesn't solve the problem. I don't know how you submitted the solution, but it is just wrong, like @mmib already said. You return "5.0" but need to return just "5"

• ###### lxg95commented on "Simple Fun #261: Whose Move" python solution

Same but in just one line xD

• ###### lxg95commented on "Basic Training: Add item to an Array" python solution

The Task is to add "codewars" to the array, so you don't have to check. With the additional detail, that the array is always ["codewars"] after adding it is not an error to check, but it is not necessary and without this little detail it would be an error.

• ###### lxg95commented on "Regex count lowercase letters" python solution

@zebulan who hurt you so badly?

• ###### lxg95commented on "5 without numbers !!" python solution

thx, i always do

• ###### lxg95commented on "Name on billboard" python solution

I didn't read the rules and when i submitted my solution it was accepted, so i thought that must be ok. Why did the creator of the kata not reject solution with a '*'-character in it?
