After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.

As far as I know (I might be wrong), javascript's Math.random() and python's randrange() returns floating point numbers so there should be some of them in the tests, not only the number e

I did the 3 decimals precision on purpose beacuse I designed this more like a challenge for begginers, I thought it could be a nice addition.
