Should be 10%, instead of 15%. Please fix the mistake :)

How about manDay = 5 and sampleSize = 15? 15% off or 0%? No random tests, so, there are a lot of edge cases missing in the kata.

And please add random tests.

...I don't know what to say. Everything in this kata is wrong:

• Descriptions are very unclear
• Tests are wrong: they test for not equal to "This is not the winner". What's the point?
• And the tests test for the same set of arguments twice. Again, what's the point?
• And they don't test for cases that is not a winner
• No random tests
• Author's own solution is wrong: it assumes that you're a winner if any one of the input arguments matches the information of the winner
• Kata itself is sub-par even for a 8kyu

I can only leave a suggestion: Please unpublish this kata and write something better.
