Ruby 3.0 should be enabled.
Well done. I think you can improve this beautiful regex by replacing the capture groups with non capture groups () => (?:). You dont need to store the matches and use them later.
I wish I had these regex skillz.
Gotta love the power of Regex!!
I have found a solution that puts the same motifs as in the results, but in a different order.
So, you should fix the tests to be '.contain' instead of '.equal' :/
I am yet to solve the kata, but as much as I get it, any substring of a given DNA string is a valid motif.
neither can I!
I've read through the description several times and cant figure out how I'm supposed to know what constitutes a valid motif?
Please don't use assertSimilar. It compares its arguments stringified, which leads to endless escaped quotes. Use assertDeepEquals.
Actually, enable Node 10.x and use chai instead of Test. Why write code that is legacy on publication?
( You will have to wrap tests in correct describe and it headers; you can then use assert.deepEqual instead of Test.assertDeepEquals. )
Typescript and Julia translations.
needs random tests (Java at least)
Sorry I'd not been on here for years :))
