Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.
Get started now by creating a new collection.

After 2 years, tescases are not fixed. For example, in test #6 and in test #7 I get literally the same input, but expected output is different (#6 - without trailing zeroes, #7 - with trailing zeroes).
A power of two is never negative. Can you tell me 2 raised to what power gives -2 ??
Reword the kata!
You want numbers with the property of being either 0 or a power of 2 or an opposite of a power of 2.
