Collections are a way for you to organize kata so that you can create your own training routines. Every collection you create is public and automatically sharable with other warriors. After you have added a few kata to a collection you and others can train on the kata contained within the collection.
Get started now by creating a new collection.
I never ran into any problem. I had no idea there was any. I also have no idea why there was a difference between Submit and Sample Tests anyway.

I'll just test so ordering doesn't matter.
The description didn't specify sorting, so I went with insertion order. It's not actually a dict, it's a list, so it has an order. But testing could also be done order-independent.
What would make the most sense?
ETA: Examples are not specs, but note the "ape/apple" examples - they show different results.
