I believe python ref sol is incorrect. The one in JS seems correct (now).

lose() is also called inconsistently: fixed test passes in one card while random tests pass in an array of 2 cards.

thanks for the advice, noted and way easier and more effective

Removed 13th floor from javascript random tests.

Still persists in the current JavaScript random tests. Top solution does not pass the test for n = 13 at the moment.
